What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Information Security Officer for our US region. The ideal candidate will have at least four to five years of experience, preferably within the financial industry, and a background in supporting executives. The candidate should also have experience or a willingness to develop skills in project management.
What Will You Do?
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CISO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CISO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and strategic initiatives.
Assist in project management activities, such as tracking key milestones, coordinating with team members, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Work with the governance team to build and organize materials for board meetings, ensuring that all documents are well-structured, maintained, and tracked on SharePoint.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within a financial institution.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience or interest in project management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $55,000 - $90,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
