ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the Cotton On Foundation, you’ll play a critical role in driving impact and enabling positive change. This is a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment, where no two days are the same and your ability to stay ahead, problem-solve, and bring clarity to complexity will make a real difference.
 

You’ll be the trusted right hand to the GM—managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring every detail is in place so our leadership team can focus on delivering meaningful outcomes. From organising travel and preparing for key meetings, to connecting cross-functional teams and keeping everything running smoothly, your support helps turn big ideas into real-world impact.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Be the primary point of contact and support for the GM of the Cotton On Foundation and senior leadership team.
•    Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure all logistics are aligned and efficient.
•    Organise travel, events, and team off-sites, anticipating needs and solving challenges before they arise.
•    Support communication and collaboration across teams, helping to ensure information flows and priorities stay clear.
•    Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, representing the Foundation with professionalism and purpose.

You’re an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative, you stay calm under pressure and are always a few steps ahead. You balance attention to detail with a clear view of the bigger picture, and you love enabling others to do their best work.
 

•    Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Confident using digital tools to manage schedules, communications, and documents
•    Proven ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
•    A genuine passion for making a positive difference—experience in purpose-led or not-for-profit environments
