Job Title: Executive Assistant (Fixed term, 19 months)
Reports to: VP, Country General Manager, Korea
Location: Suseo office (Mainly work in office with some flexibility of working from home)

Summary:
We are looking for a strong administrative partner to provide support to VP GM in Korea. This role will be responsible for executive assistant and will handles matters with strict confidentiality and meets short deadlines. Focus of work may vary based on individual needs of the manager and functional area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conserves manager’s time coordinating requests and responses internally and externally; acts as a liaison between the manager and other leaders, employees, external clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Represents the leaders and team to others in a professional manner.
Manages calendar that changes often and requires coordination and sensitivity, screens requests for meetings.Plans, organizes, and schedules meetings and events with individuals or large groups.Researches and recommends meeting location options; coordinates contract and logistics; selects caterers, orders food and drinks, and oversees set-up for meetings; may sign small catering contracts as allowed by company policy.Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when appropriate.Prepares documents, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and spreadsheets for approval.Makes travel arrangements and prepares itineraries; changes travel schedules, flights, hotels, and rental cars during normal business hours and off-hours as needed.Reviews and processes expense reports. Provides other general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and copying.Performs other duties as assigned. Travel to support Korea leadership team may be required from time to time for key events, meetings, or customer engagements.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and so on)
Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative support at multi-national companies in Korea. Recent experience of supporting an executive in a corporate environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree requiredProven experience supporting a Country General Manager (GM) in a multinational company.At least one time experience of coordinating and arranging the visit of high-level executives, including the global CEO or equivalent senior level leaders of the company and/or the customers.Good proficiency in both spoken and written English and Korean.A proactive and service-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for assisting others.Exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.Strong organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.Strong attention to details, work accuracy, and confidentialityAbility to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
