Job Title: Executive Assistant

POSITION IS A TEMPORARY ROLE COVERING A LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR 5-6 MONTHS!!!

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide executive, administrative, and developmental support to the President and C-Suite Executive Team. This role requires a highly organized individual capable of managing diverse tasks with precision and discretion.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Team with daily administrative duties, including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, and composing and preparing correspondence.Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile documents for meetings.Manage, organize, and safeguard confidential material with discretion and ethical standards.Communicate on behalf of Executives as needed and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally.Communicate directly with community leaders, vendors, and others on philanthropic initiatives and donations.Conduct research and analysis on various projects and market data, assembling findings into thorough reports and presentations.Maintain and process memberships with other organizations.Assist in coordinating meeting agendas, prepare notes/minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.Organize and manage incoming materials, mail, and correspondence.Coordinate and lead event planning activities as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional and dynamic work environment.Five to ten years of experience providing support for Senior-level management.Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct manner.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.High level of emotional maturity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with calendar management and travel booking.Experience with Concur and travel management systems.Event coordination experience.High energy and a can-do attitude with a responsible and responsive approach.Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems autonomously and creatively.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The dress code is business attire, requiring very presentable clothing. Jeans are not permitted.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fresno, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
