Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced non-profit environment. This Contract position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination for executive-level activities. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are accurately scheduled. • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Prepare detailed itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences for executives. • Organize and facilitate executive meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of executive projects. • Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. • Research and compile information to support decision-making for leadership. • Provide additional administrative support as required to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. • Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and arrange complex travel plans. • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
