Description We are looking for a highly competent Executive Assistant to join our team in San Fernando, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to provide critical support to the Chief Financial Officer of a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the CFO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely coordination of appointments.
• Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and edit precise and accurate documents, presentations, and reports.
• Organize executive meetings by developing agendas, taking detailed notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Compile and analyze data for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership presentations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Support cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives as directed, ensuring seamless execution.
• Utilize collaboration tools to manage tasks and enhance workplace efficiency. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
