Executive Assistant

The minimum requirements we seek:

Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or similar role, ideally supporting senior-level executives.Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently is crucial.Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.Proactive & Adaptable: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe and various virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams).Professionalism & Teamwork: Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proven track record of handling confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

Our preferred requirements:

Education: Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration or Business Support, or equivalent experience.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

What you’ll be able to do:

Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Ford Credit Europe CFO and CRO, including complex calendar management, expense processing, meeting scheduling, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Cover for other Executive Assistants to be provided, as required.Meeting Document Management: Prepare and edit a wide range of corporate documents, such as agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, including Executive Committee meetings, Operating Review and Business Continuity Planning.Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding sensitive information and organizational matters.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Project Coordination: As required, assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
