Executive Assistant

Insight Global is hiring for an Executive Assistant to join a privately held technology company that specializes in software solutions for the investment research industry. The Executive Assistant will report to the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires flexibility, presence, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations. You'll be a key partner in helping the CEO stay organized while contributing to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and support all meetings with C-level executives and directors, including board meetings
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements across time zones
- Act as a personal assistant when needed, including handling personal appointments, credit card/bill management, and travel emergencies
- Follow up on reports and tasks from internal stakeholders
- Coordinate in-office attendance and logistics
- Be available for occasional evening/weekends needs
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
