Job DescriptionYou will be the trusted right hand to the Site Leader & VP Engineering, ensuring Warsaw Hub operations run smoothly and delivering high-leverage business support.
Key responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsMust-have:
• 3 + years supporting VP/C-suite leaders in a multinational technology or fintech environment.
• Business-level English (written & spoken).
• Expert Outlook calendar skills, PowerPoint mastery, strong Excel/Sheets (pivot, lookup, basic PowerQuery).
• Proven record ghost-writing executive communications and crafting presentation narratives.
• Experience collating metrics and turning raw data into management insights.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities with calm urgency, absolute discretion and executive presence.
Nice-to-have:
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau, Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Formal training or certification in communications, business analytics or project management.
• Track-record supporting a high-growth engineering site or business-unit launch.
• Ambition to grow into Chief-of-Staff or BizOps roles.
