Executive Assistant
Description Are you a resourceful, detail-oriented professional with a knack for balancing priorities and supporting executive leaders? Our client, a prominent nonprofit organization, is seeking an adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership while contributing to efforts that make a positive impact within the community. Key Responsibilities + Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and preparing for meetings. + Communication Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and presentations on behalf of executives. + Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel logistics for executives, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. + Meeting Facilitation: Schedule, plan, and coordinate executive meetings, board activities, and events, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-ups. + Confidentiality & Organization: Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain comprehensive filing systems for easy access to records and documents. + Project Support: Assist in the execution of cross-functional initiatives such as fundraising campaigns and workflow automation projects. + Operations Assistance: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements + Experience: 5+ years of experience in an executive support role; nonprofit experience is a strong plus. + Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools is highly preferred. + Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, donors, and volunteers. + Organizational Strength: Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities in high-pressure environments. + Problem-Solving Mindset: Capacity to anticipate needs, proactively solve challenges, and adapt to dynamic situations. + Mission-Driven Personality: A passion for supporting nonprofit goals and actively contributing to impactful projects.
