Executive Assistant
Description Our client is hiring a bilingual Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communication across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting high-level executives and facilitating critical business operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations and itinerary planning. • Prepare and deliver well-crafted presentations and reports for board meetings and executive discussions. • Organize and oversee high-profile events, ensuring all logistics and details are executed flawlessly. • Record and distribute meeting notes, capturing critical action items and follow-ups. • Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize Spanish and English language skills to facilitate clear and effective communication across diverse teams. • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring sensitive data is protected. • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned by executive Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. • Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling, with attention to detail. • Proven ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international. • Experience preparing board-level presentations and well-organized documentation. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
