Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Executive AssistantWhat can you expect?
EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe in order to let our colleagues focus directly on clients. You will have a chance to work with recently implemented Clearsight, a new system for Claims Management across Europe. This innovative system comes with its own set of challenges, which is why we have established a dedicated Tier 1 Clearsight Support Team. This task force is designed to serve as the first line of support for users throughout Europe, focusing on building confidence in the system and ensuring transparency with management.

We will count on you to:
Undertake all tasks related to supporting Top Executives across Continental Europe.
Manage the executive’s schedule (arranging meetings, calendar management, business travel planning, expense report preparation).
Prepare and coordinate internal corporate communications.
Create presentation materials, reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, regional management offices, and external partners.
Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What you need to have:
University degree.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Exceptional skills in internal messaging and corporate communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and other presentation tools.
Ability to operate all standard office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle complex tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Discretion in handling confidential information, with a mature and professional attitude.
Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
