Executive Assistant
IMC Construction
+ Manage communications on behalf of President & CEO which includes email, letter, memos, presentations and other communications pieces as needed.
+ Assist President & CEO with generating, editing and tracking contract agreements, claims, legal items, and more.
+ Assist General Counsel (scan, type, edit, file and mail all legal documents).
+ Type, edit, format, and mail proposals and brochures for CEO, Business Development, and Marketing Department.
+ Maintain President & CEO’s calendar, contacts and travel arrangements.
+ Coordinate with President & CEO to oversee and handle building maintenance and tenant issues.
+ Interface with senior leadership and operational levels across company.
+ Handle travel arrangements for CEO and senior leadership.
+ Handle catering requests company wide.
+ Other tasks as required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work and experience required
+ Minimum five years of experience in an executive staff support.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with project management related software (Procore,) is a plus
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure; must be able to work well under pressure
