Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid: Tues/Wed Onsite, Remote Flexibility)
Compensation: $85,000-$89,000 annually | Full-Time, Non-Exempt

A highly regarded professional services firm with a collaborative and high-performance culture is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of their top-performing consultants based in Minneapolis. This permanent, hybrid role offers the opportunity to become a key strategic partner within a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful projects across the firm.

About the Role

You will serve as a dedicated partner to a senior consultant, providing executive-level support and project coordination for high-impact internal and client-facing initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, task tracking, and deliverable preparation.Provide executive-level administrative support to a senior consultant, managing calendars, meeting logistics, travel coordination, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality.Support internal initiatives and office operations, including vendor coordination, event planning, and process improvement.Maintain accurate documentation and prepare polished client-facing materials and reports.Participate in firm-wide initiatives and collaborate with Project Coordinators across multiple locations.Assist with scheduling, preparing for, and following up on client meetings and internal strategy sessions.Serve as a resource for office logistics and internal communications, helping to maintain a positive and high-functioning work environment.

Key Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or a similar professional services environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard for professional writing and proofreading.Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage complex calendars, deadlines, and competing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.Proactive, curious, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your work.Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture with high expectations for service and performance.Proven ability to foster positive relationships, maintain discretion, and work effectively with senior leadership.
