Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support high-level operations within a corporate environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting. As a Contract position, it offers an excellent opportunity for long-term growth. Responsibilities: • Manage executive-level calendars with precision using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination. • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, maintaining strong communication and professionalism. • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and handling logistics. • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. • Provide support for in-person office operations at least three days per week, with flexibility as needed. • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries. • Assist in managing client services within a corporate environment, such as advertising, marketing, or legal. • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipate executive needs. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting, preferably within client-focused industries such as advertising, marketing, or legal. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, specifically for calendar management. • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work on-site at least three days per week, with flexibility for changes. • Fully vaccinated in accordance with company policies. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
