Executive Assistant
Description We’re seeking an exceptionally sharp, unflappable, and battle-tested Executive Assistant to support a highly driven, high-intensity CEO known for rapid decision-making, relentless standards, and a no-nonsense leadership style. This is not a role for the faint of heart. You’ll be the right hand to someone who demands speed, precision, total discretion — and who doesn’t sugarcoat feedback. Responsibilities: • Manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring scheduling efficiency and prioritization of appointments. • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Prepare and review board materials for accuracy, consistency, and formatting, ensuring all documents meet high standards. • Attend executive and board meetings, capturing detailed and actionable notes. • Act as a gatekeeper to protect the executive’s time by managing interruptions and prioritizing incoming requests. • Support executive-level decision-making by understanding and summarizing key discussions from closed-door meetings. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments. • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by senior leadership. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fixed wireless, internet, or telecom industries. • Strong calendar management skills, including the ability to handle scheduling conflicts effectively. • Proven ability to coordinate detailed travel arrangements efficiently. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail when reviewing documents. • Ability to take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes, demonstrating an understanding of executive-level discussions. • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage sensitive situations tactfully. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. • A proactive attitude, exhibiting sharp problem-solving skills and adaptability.
