Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join a small homebuilding company in Houston, Texas. This is a Contract-to-Ongoing position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will provide executive-level support, manage schedules, and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments. • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Prepare detailed reports on client activities and company operations. • Assist with planning and executing executive meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared. • Serve as the key point of contact for the president and other senior leaders. • Handle administrative tasks and office management duties to maintain efficiency. • Coordinate communication between executives and internal teams or external stakeholders. • Ensure timely and accurate calendar management for the president and their spouse. • Facilitate in-person interviews and support hiring processes as needed. • Utilize technology and reporting tools to streamline administrative workflows. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools. • Strong ability to organize and arrange travel plans, including international travel. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage executive meetings, including preparing agendas and materials. • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and technology. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Comfortable working 100% onsite in Houston, Texas.
