Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant who will serve as a key partner in supporting executive-level leaders at a local organization. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
+ Prepare, edit, and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
+ Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes.
+ Monitor and manage workflow on behalf of the executive to ensure deadlines are met.
+ Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
+ Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role, with a preference for support at the C-suite level.
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Teams. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
+ Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines (Source: Administrative and Customer Support.docx).
+ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Strong attention to customer service and relationship management.
+ Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
