Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in New York, NY. The hours are typically 9:00am-6:00pm or 9:30am-6:30pm with a one-hour lunch. The schedule is hybrid, four days in office and one remote.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
* Book and manage extensive domestic and occasional international travel
* Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports
* Draft correspondence and manage communication on behalf of team members
* Coordinate meeting logistics and assist with scheduling across time zones
* Interact with clients and stakeholders in person, over the phone, and via email
* Collaborate with fellow administrative team members and assist as needed
* Handle various administrative duties including filing, copying, and occasionally greeting guests or covering phones
Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of experience supporting executives or teams in a corporate environment
* Strong communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
* Confident with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
* Bachelor's degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $120K plus bonus
