The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to the JLG Segment President, as well as to the broader Executive Leadership Team. This high-visibility role is based in the Frederick, MD office and also requires regular presence in the Hagerstown, MD office. Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant represents the organization with professionalism and discretion. The individual in this role will handle highly sensitive and confidential information, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all levels of the organization. This position also acts as a liaison between executive leadership and various business partners, customers, and team members, supporting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the executive office.

YOUR IMPACT 

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Assist daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, passports, visas, etc.; and compiling content and documents for meetings.

Communicate with the constituencies on the executive’s behalf and coordinate logistics with meetings both internally and externally. Coordinate meetings and activities with the leadership team, townhalls, summits, and celebrations.

Organize and coordinate special events and meetings, including arranging locations, logistics, conference rooms, catering, room prep, and overall event support.

Draft and edit materials including presentations, reports, letters, scripts, video coordination, and various correspondence and content.

Compile and prepare reports, letters, proposals; develop oral and written communication with stakeholders.

Support the executive with external commitments related to industry work, external boards, committees and other groups.

Act as host for key visitors and customers as needed.

Participate as an adjunct participant of leadership meetings. Assist in coordinating agendas, assemble content and topics from participants, and help participants be prepared.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications, or a relevant area.

Ten (10) or more years administrative support experience.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient with the Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.

Customer service oriented.

Previous executive support experience.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.

Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.

Ability to manage confidential data.

Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
