Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support in Vancouver, Washington. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations, fostering effective communication, and enabling the business owner to focus on strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and track multiple projects using tools such as Trello and Excel, ensuring timely completion and consistent progress.
• Collect, organize, and manage client-submitted data with precision and confidentiality.
• Digitally scan, save, and organize important documents to maintain an efficient file management system.
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and update project notes to ensure all team members stay informed.
• Conduct research and compile relevant information to support simultaneous project initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, organization of financial documents, and other administrative office duties.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
Salary Range: $23/hour – $30/hour

Requirements • Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles within an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting or financial statements is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic priorities and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
