SUMMARY
Responsible for initiating and coordinating the administrative functions required in providing administrative assistance to Senior Management Personnel
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support and act in a confidential capacity.
Interface with investors, bankers and senior executives at various companies (internally and externally).
Independently compose reports and correspondence.
Sign on behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms of consequence.
Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.
Transcribe and type correspondence, reports and other documents.
Fax correspondence, reports and other documents.
Coordinate activities including:
-Scheduling meetings
-Setting up conference calls
-Dealing with overseas clients
-Arrange travel itineraries, domestic & international
All other duties as assigned.

Typing 60 wpm or more
Shorthand or Speed writing a plus
PC proficient: Word, Excel, and Power Point
All other miscellaneous duties as required
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
