You will manage calendars, assist with communication, provide high-level administrative support, and serve as a trusted partner in maintaining efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar and meeting schedules + Draft, refine, and format reports, agendas, presentations, and other key documents + Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, communication with attendees, and minute-taking + Serve as a liaison between the executive and other internal/external contacts + Track tasks and assignments to ensure timely completion + Anticipate challenges or potential roadblocks and proactively offer solutions + Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism + Support ongoing projects, regulatory submissions, research, and initiatives as needed + Take initiative to improve processes and support leadership effectiveness What’s Required: + Education/Experience: + Associate’s degree or equivalent required + Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative or office coordination experience + Technical Proficiency: + Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and comfort with cloud-based tools + Willingness and ability to learn new technologies + Communication & Organizational Skills: + Above-average written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone + Strong attention to detail and task execution + Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information + Ability to manage shifting priorities independently and work as part of a team The Benefits of Working at Munson: + Competitive pay + Full benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off (up to 19 days your first year) + Tuition reimbursement and ongoing educational opportunities + Retirement savings plan with employer match and financial guidance + Wellness plans, employee assistance programs, and employee discounts
