Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in their New York office. The hours are 8:00am - 5:00/5:30pm five days in the office.

Responsibilities:
* Manage dynamic Outlook calendars for multiple team members, coordinating meetings across time zones
* Organize in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings, Zoom setup, and guest coordination
* Arrange domestic and international travel, securing flights, hotels, cars, and preparing detailed itineraries
* Prepare and process expense reports
* Support Investor Relations efforts through CRM updates, follow-up tracking, and assistance with presentations and communications
* Format and edit documents, presentations, and reports for both internal use and investor distribution
* Act as a point of contact for both internal and external communications

Handle general administrative tasks including printing, document prep, and other ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 4-8+ years of relevant administrative experience; finance experience preferred but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K plus bonus
