Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic finance consulting environment. This is a long-term contract position based in Boulder, Colorado, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are accurately scheduled. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Prepare and process expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. • Facilitate executive meetings by organizing agendas, preparing materials, and taking detailed notes. • Communicate effectively via email, ensuring prompt responses and clear, concise correspondence. • Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suites to manage tasks, track projects, and create documentation. • Support logistical needs for events, conferences, and team gatherings. • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and correspondence. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication. • Address ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate setting. • Expertise in calendar management and scheduling for high-level executives. • Proficiency in arranging and coordinating complex travel itineraries, including international travel. • Strong knowledge of Concur for expense reporting and travel management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence. • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
