Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid 

Are you a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting senior leadership? VCA Animal Hospitals looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting key leaders, and helping us deliver on high-impact projects across our organization.

What You’ll Do:

As our Executive Assistant, you will be the go-to support for several C-suite leaders and other senior executives, helping manage day-to-day priorities, communications, and coordination efforts.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing multiple executive calendars and scheduling complex meetings across teams

Handling expense reporting and detailed travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries

Acting as a communication bridge between leaders, associates, and key stakeholders across the organization

Flagging upcoming commitments, anticipating potential conflicts, and keeping everyone aligned

Supporting special projects by tracking deliverables, organizing timelines, and following up with team members

Coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions, publishing notes, and keeping projects moving forward

Partnering closely with business unit teams and leadership across departments to ensure alignment and success

Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, managing projects, or leading office operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly

Clear communicator who can write professional correspondence, track multiple workstreams, and keep leadership informed

Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, and project management platforms

Enjoy working with others, building relationships, and ensuring smooth collaboration

Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is a plus, but not required

Experience supporting travel arrangements and managing executive-level meetings

Proven ability to improve or streamline processes

Additional Information

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 – $97,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only.
