Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will directly support the Vice President, Process Risk CoE and Strategic Execution & Vice President and Head, Enterprise Control Testing, Enterprise Controls Office and Strategic Execution. You will play a critical role to ensure the most effective use of their time, and the efficient function of their teams. You will be accountable for managing schedules, departmental events and executive correspondence. In addition, you will: liaise with RBC leadership and business partners on their behalf; follow-up on action items; maintain calendars; coordinate travel arrangements; prepare correspondence and other presentation materials; support premises management and logistics; and, prepare / act as a pre-verification officer for department expense reports.Job Description
