Our client, a real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Head of the Credit Group, including heavy calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordinationPrepare and submit expense reports in a timely mannerTrack, coordinate, and follow up on legal documents for signature, notarization, and payment processingLiaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely document executionWork collaboratively with other Executive Assistants in the New York officeAct as a proactive and reliable gatekeeper and liaison for the executiveDemonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting prioritiesReceive and respond to direct and constructive feedback professionally

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in finance, legal, or real estate environments Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience handling legal documentation processes preferredConfident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentComfortable with direct communication and able to maintain composure under pressureDegree preferred
