Our client, a global consumer company in mid-town, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The hours are 8am-5pm, with a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including managing a high-volume calendar with internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
* Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries, car service, hotel bookings, and visa documentation
* Liaise with external board organizations to manage CEO's commitments and avoid conflicts
* Maintain lines of communication across the executive team
* Draft, edit, and prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Coordinate internal and external events, including leadership offsites and office-wide gatherings
* Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience supporting a CEO
* Proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur
* Strong communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
* Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
