Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide expert support to an executive or department head. In this role, you’ll leverage your organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor to help manage schedules, correspondence, and special projects. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate executive schedules by planning meetings, events, travel arrangements, and appointments. + Serve as the primary liaison between the assigned executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders. + Manage critical correspondence, including drafting emails, business communications, and presentations. + Complete administrative functions such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records and databases. + Track budgets and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies. + Assist the executive in preparing meeting materials and ensure that follow-up actions are handled. + Participate in special projects to support departmental goals and initiatives. Requirements + Graduation from an associate degree program or at least three years of increasing administrative responsibilities, including one year supporting high-level executives or department heads. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and familiarity with project management software is a plus. + Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. + Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. + Ability to pivot quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
