Executive Assistant
Description We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the team. This is a contract position based in Hartford, Connecticut, ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and project management. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference calls. • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Organize and oversee the use of CRM tools to track and manage program-related activities. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Excel and Office tools. • Support project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including booking venues and arranging necessary materials. • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient execution of daily operations. • Provide administrative assistance to community program initiatives, ensuring smooth workflow and organization. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Requirements • Proficient in CRM systems and tools for effective program tracking. • Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling and organizing multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Experience in managing conference calls and handling correspondence with a strong attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. • Demonstrated project management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to book appointments and manage logistics efficiently. • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role.
