Executive Assistant
Description Our client in Bristol, CT is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of a growing organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting high-level decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: + Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. + Act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners, addressing communication and prioritization needs effectively. + Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with attention to detail and confidentiality. + Support project management initiatives, tracking deadlines, progress, and ensuring deliverables are met. + Organize logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, both on-site and virtual. + Maintain and organize records, files, and other documentation for easy access. Requirements: + Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership. + Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools is required; familiarity with project management software is a plus. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset and professionalism. + Adaptability: Ability to anticipate needs, act with discretion, and handle confidential information with integrity.
