Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a full-time Executive Assistant located at our Administrative Office in Richmond, VA.

The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties along with providing direct support to our General Manager and Executive Team.
Location: This position will be working in our administrative office located at 10571 Telegraph Rd Suite 200, Glen Allen, VA 23059
Compensation: This is a full-time position that offers a targeted annual compensation of $65,000-$75,000 based on previous relevant experience and provides full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off and other company paid benefits.
Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing a wide assortment of support for multiple business departmentsOrganizing schedules and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itinerariesCreating and proofing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatCoordinating/planning trainings, presentations, celebrations, and other departmental eventsPlan and coordinate all logistics for out-of-town, multi-day events, including venue selection, accommodations, and catering to ensure seamless executionDevelop detailed itineraries and event schedules, aligning with executive priorities and ensuring all participants are informed and preparedHandle event budgeting and expense tracking, including negotiation with vendors to stay within budget and post-event reconciliation and reportingEnsure all event materials, equipment, and presentations are prepared and delivered to the event location in advance and in proper conditionPerforming general administrative duties, including phone and email communicationMaintaining documentation/files for projects on ongoing operational activitiesAssisting our Business Controller with day-to-day operational dutiesTaking initiative to analyze, change and/or develop system to improve office efficienciesOpen, sort, scan and deliver mail dailyThe ideal candidate will possess these skills:

Qualifications Must have at least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level management preferredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust have a high school diploma/GED; college degree preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 yearMust have a valid license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years. (Points on driving record cannot exceed a total of 8 points)No drug or alcohol violations on within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
