Description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in providing executive-level administrative support? Our client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional time management, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Book and manage travel arrangements for executives, including accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.
+ Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings.
+ Organize and execute events or off-site engagements, including liaising with vendors and overseeing logistics.
+ Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
+ Facilitate efficient communication across departments and ensure follow-through on action items.
+ Oversee the filing and record-keeping for executive-related documents and projects.
+ Support special projects and initiatives as requested by executives, ensuring completion within deadlines.
Requirements
+ Previous experience (typically 5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role is preferred.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and calendaring tools like Google Calendar or Microsoft Teams.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
