Learfield is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support three Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) within our Sports Properties group. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their offices by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and serving as a trusted point of contact. In addition, the EA may provide limited administrative support (such as expense processing or meeting coordination) to key leaders who report into these EVPs.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars for three EVPs, scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, and ensuring efficient time management.Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the EVPs and, as needed, for their direct reports.Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the EVPs and both internal and external stakeholders. Triage messages and ensure timely responses to high-priority matters.Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, take notes, track action items, and coordinate logistics for key meetings, offsites, and events.Document & Presentation Prep: Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and tone.Expense & Admin Support: Manage expense submissions and reimbursements for the EVPs, and provide limited assistance to their direct reports as needed.Project Coordination: Support special projects or initiatives in partnership with other internal stakeholders.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting multiple senior leaders.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Concur or similar tools is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively manage shifting priorities.Positive, service-oriented attitude and a high degree of initiative.Proven ability to manage confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion.Learfield offers a full spectrum of benefits for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance and Other Insurance Plans, Flexible Paid Time Off (including Parental Leave), Paid Holidays, 401(k), and Short/Long Term Disability.
