We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for executive support. **Responsibilities include:** · Provide administrative support · Book all aspects of global travel for the CFO including flights, cars, hotels and private flights as needed · Strong calendar management experience to seamlessly manage multi time zones for travel and scheduling of meetings. · Maintain all calendar entries and changes accurately and efficiently · Prepare, process and submit CFO expense reports · Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests in line with both internal and external business objectives · Coordinate onsite logistics for all meetings · Partner with assistant community, global events, IT, and security teams · Maintain a high level of confidentiality around all matters · Create and maintain shared assets (e.g. contact lists) **Qualifications:** · A minimum of 5 years of Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant experience required · BA or BS preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) · Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with senior executives and external business contacts · Maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances · Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask utilizing effective time management skills · Meticulous attention to detail · Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment · Experience working in a global public company preferred **Job Summary** As an Analyst you will be responsible for conducting thorough business analysis and planning to support our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify key trends and insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data. + Develop and maintain detailed business plans to support strategic initiatives. + Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis. + Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. + Support the implementation of new business processes and systems. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in. + Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. + Utilize business analysis tools and techniques to enhance efficiency. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes. **Qualifications** + Possess strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis. + Have excellent communication and presentation skills. + Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. + Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Have experience in developing and maintaining business plans.
