Executive assistant
Responsibilities Make an impact Provide comprehensive administrative, communication and organizational support to the CEO, support employer branding and internal communications, coordinate and lead HR and organizational culture development projects, conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations, take meeting notes and prepare minutes to provide accurate documentation of discussions and decisions, support the leadership team (organizing meetings, taking minutes, tracking tasks), assist in the planning and execution of projects and events, ensuring all details are carefully managed, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage documentation, welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience, managing calendar and scheduling meetings, handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications or HR field, 3-5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, HR coordinator, project manager, event planner, in communications, or similar fields, expertise in building organizational culture, employer branding, and internal communications is an advantage, background in organizing HR or CSR/volunteer programs is an advantage, good organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally (primarily within the country), driving license (B).
