About the role: 

Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, including managing an extremely busy appointment schedule; complete expense reports; writing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; organize complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and schedules.

Be a part of a team where you will: 

• Plans, coordinates and ensures that the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. It provides the role of "gatekeeper" and "gateway", creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.

• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

• Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including writing letters of appreciation, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.

• Assists board members with travel, lodging and meal planning arrangements as needed * Maintains discretion and confidentiality in dealings with all board members.

• Organization and preservation of documents related to the company, preparation and supply of the necessary materials in the business process

About you: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related careers 

• Advanced English language skills 

• 5-year experience supporting executive positions. 

• Excellent presentation, 

• Schedule availability 

• Advanced level of Google workspace all tools and knowledge in Microsoft Office 

• Strong organizational skills to smoothly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. 

• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, managers and external partners. 

• Expert level written and verbal communication skills 

• Proactive problem solvers with strong decision-making skills. 

•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competitive demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and responsiveness. 

• Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• Thinker with a vision of the future, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
