This role exists to alleviate the client’s time constraints by providing proactive, organized, and detail-oriented support across vendor communication, digital presence management, and project assistance. The assistant will streamline operations by managing payments, updating digital platforms, handling high volumes of communication, and supporting financial analysis. This position is critical to improving organizational efficiency and allowing the client to focus on strategic business growth.
The Impact you’ll makeVendor Communication & Payment Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding invoices, payments, and service updates.\nSummarize vendor communications for the client, prioritizing urgent matters and filtering out non-essential inquiries.\n
Data Upkeep & Digital Presence Maintenance\nUpdate restaurant menus, hours, and promotions on platforms like Popmenu, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and OpenTable.\nEnsure all digital storefronts and marketing information are accurate and current.\n
Communication Management\nOrganize and respond to high volumes of emails and text messages, flagging urgent communications for the client.\nMaintain logs and follow up on pending messages to ensure no important correspondence is missed.\n
Project & Financial Management\nCreate and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis, cost control, and scenario planning.\nPrepare reports on vendor pricing and cost trends to support strategic decision-making.\n
System Updates & CRM Maintenance\nWork with web developers to update digital storefronts and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.\nProactively suggest improvements to technology and workflows based on industry best practices.\n
