The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Global Supplier Management team in Tempe, AZ.
The Executive Assistant (EA) mission is to be the trusted, indispensable support system for our team. You anticipate needs, coordinate details, and bring alignment to the team through deep knowledge and meticulous attention to every task. By being a proactive partner who is not afraid to ask questions, You strive to be the keystone that keeps our leaders and the organization running smoothly day-to-day. Your goal is to make the team more efficient so they can focus on driving the business forward.
Key job responsibilities
• Complex calendar management and meeting prioritization for the Director; large scale meeting coordination
• Proactive project and events coordination and engagement with leadership
• Drive key team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, quarterly onsites/offsites); track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items.
• Maintain organizational charts; partner with Finance, Recruiting and HR on headcount management
• Travel coordination for the Director, including creating detailed itineraries and briefing materials
• Coordinate and track expense reimbursements for the Director
• Act as administrator over team sites.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
