Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The Executive Assistant for Title Marketing is a full-time position on NBCUniversal's Peacock team and will provide administrative support to the SVP, Title Creative & Marketing, as well as the VP, Film Planning and VP, Series Planning. The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, keeping scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to develop and manage team building and engagement activities.
Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
+ Proactively manage/coordinate daily schedules/calendars, contacts, travel arrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, and seminars
+ Arrange and schedule numerous meetings, maintain and update calendars
+ Demonstrate sound judgement, flexibility, patience, and persistence
+ Serve as a first line of contact for a high volume of communications via phone and email
+ Process reimbursement and expense reports in accordance with established policy guidelines, tracking expenses and following up in timely manner
+ Responsible for excellence in complex meeting/event preparation (AV, room scheduling, telepresence events, etc.), set-up, and follow-up, including preparing presentations/agendas/materials, documenting notes, arranging for food/drink, and coordinating follow-up items to completion
+ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants, including hardware installation request/repair, space planning, etc.
+ Manage general office and administrative tasks, including ordering of miscellaneous supplies, renewing memberships and subscriptions, managing distribution lists, photocopying, faxing, deliveries, etc.
+ Manage department files, including electronic document systems, intranet web sites, wikis, and web-based project management tools
+ Create and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports
+ Prioritize and track deliverables, managing project timelines, deadlines, and requests
+ Manage special projects as designated and assist other department members as necessary, acting as a back-up for other assistants on team
Basic Requirements:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining executives’ phone, calendar, work, and travel schedules
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
+ Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Experience taking detailed notes and extracting action items
+ Ability to understand priorities and adjust meetings and content appropriately

Additional Requirements:
+ Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000
