As Executive Assistant, Taste you will play a key role in our company by supporting one of our leaders, managing schedules, handling local team demands, and overseeing administrative tasks. Your skills will contribute to the effective management of our operations as you coordinate corporate travel, control costs, and manage logistics and processes for regional and strategic meetings.

Your key responsibilities

 

Assistance of vice president of the region, manage agenda and administrative needs, as well as management of local demands for the entire team and leadership group, manage pending issues; define document routing; type and format documents; prepare invitations and summons, spreadsheets and graphics; prepare presentations; transcribe texts.Corporate travel planner (air/accommodation/transport), scheduling strategic agendas for events, and managing the logistics of international executives/visitors.Responsible for third party management, supplier registration, creating purchase orders and good receipt invoices (SRM user)Key person for cost control, replenishment of office/general supplies/market products.Preparation of minutes at regional and strategic meetings, gathering information, to-do and pending lists, creating and maintaining an updated database; demand actions, responses, reports; control schedules, deadlines; direct information; monitor processes; reproduce documents.

 

You Bring

 

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering;Advanced or fluent English;Profile oriented towards continuous development and the acquisition of new knowledge;Good organizational skills;Spanish as a differential.
