KONE Procurement is a global organization of purchasing and supplier management experts responsible for direct and indirect material and service sourcing for KONE.
We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Procurement team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to join our team of professionals driving the procurements unit’s agenda. You will be a key member of our team in supporting us to achieve our goals. This is a perfect role if you have passion for structure, organizing and enjoying multiple task management simultaneously while keeping a clear overview.
You will be supporting selected members of the leadership team and reporting to the Executive Vice President, Procurement.
The Executive Assistant position is located in Espoo, Finland. While we are working in a hybrid model, regular presence in the Espoo headquarters is essential.
Main responsibilities and key activities
High-level administrative support to the Procurement leadership team in diverse areas, for example:
Calendar and travel management
Meeting and event planning and organization
Supporting in internal communications
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting yearly governance of various business processes
Collecting, storing and sharing information.
Requirements for the role
Suitable educational background, e.g., bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
Several years of experience in Executive Assistant role or similar in international environment/companies
Ability to proactively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
Initiative attitude with ability to work both independently and as trusted member of a team
Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
Flexible, positive and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English (additional language skills are an asset)
Strong administrative skills
Excellent digital skills, especially MS Office
Availability to travel in connection with leadership team meetings or bigger events outside of Finland if needed.
