THE TEAM

You will be part of the Americas Region Corporate Office, supporting the Vice President of Operations – Americas. This team plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our managed properties in the region, and you will be a key contributor to its smooth and efficient functioning.

YOUR ROLE

As Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of administrative and executive support for the Vice President of Operations – Americas. Your role will ensure seamless coordination across regional operations, maintain the rhythm of the office, and contribute to the success of our leadership team. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader corporate office to uphold our brand standards and operational efficiency.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Coordinate operational matters across managed properties and assist in formulating team visit action plans.Manage travel arrangements, calendar scheduling, correspondence, and expense processing for the VP.Maintain and update management information, policies, directories, and filing systems.Provide comprehensive administrative support including call handling, document preparation, mail management, and meeting planning.Serve as the point of contact for building management, maintenance coordination, and office access.Support company events and meetings, including AV setup and logistics.


COULD THIS BE YOU?

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering accurate and timely support.You have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, and can confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders.You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable managing multiple administrative systems.You bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude and thrive in a collaborative team environment.You have at least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a sizable organization.You are social media savvy and understand how to represent the brand with integrity and professionalism.You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.You are available to work on-site and understand the importance of being present in a dynamic office environment.
