Executive Assistant, Creative Marketing (Disney Branded Television)
Job Summary:

Disney Branded Television’s creative marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a VP, Creative Marketing.  We are seeking a candidate who shares our passion for kids’ entertainment and is ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, wildly imaginative environment.

Responsibilities:Coordinate/plan/confirm all calendar matters, including internal and external meetings, establishing in-person and hybrid conference calls, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zonesManage all travel arrangements and trip tracking/oversight including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, etc.Prepare and manage expense reportsCoordinate larger meetings: prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, coordinate AV support, follow up as appropriateAssist in planning team events in coordination with all internal teams and stakeholdersSupport VP’s and larger DBT Creative team in meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, traveling to different offices and distributing key takeaways to team membersServe as a liaison between various departments across Disney Branded, Disney Entertainment Television and The Walt Disney Company. Building relationships with key players will be integral to your successCollaborate closely with the Project Management team to prioritize key projects, events, and deadlines on a day-to-day basisAssist with creative projects including, decks and presentations, and various creative exercisesUnderstand and intuitively anticipate needs and demands for executive and direct reportsDiscreetly handle confidential and sensitive information

Basic Qualifications:1+ years of previous administrative experience in entertainmentA desire to learn and build a career in TV, film and animation, particularly creative marketing in the kid’s space.Knowledge and passion for film, television, and storytellingKnowledge of current trends in entertainment. Keeping a pulse on culture and social media trends is a bonusStrong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressureExceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essentialCapacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every levelStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/SpreadsheetsAbility to problem solve and be relentlessly curious

Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency with Frame IO and Airtable is a plus

Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
