We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will be the strategic backbone of our leadership team, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless operational success. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will empower our executives to focus on driving AWS's global innovation.
Key job responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex calendar management and strategic scheduling for executive leadership
- Coordinate international and domestic travel with exceptional attention to detail
- Serve as a critical communication liaison between executives, direct reports, and business stakeholders
- Design and implement efficient event planning for team meetings, all-hands gatherings, and engagement activities
- Collaborate with executive assistants across AWS to develop and implement best practices

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-level executives in complex organizational environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or cloud computing industry
- Multilingual capabilities
- Background in project management or operations support
