Executive Assistant, Amazon Live
Amazon
Description
It’s an exciting time to be on the Amazon Shoppable Videos (ASV) team. Now more than ever, customers watch videos when they shop. Videos and livestreams make shopping easier and more fun, whether a customer is researching a product or tuning in to chat with their favorite content creator live. The ASV team’s mission is to make Amazon the world’s favorite and most trusted destination for shoppable videos.
Amazon Shoppable Videos seeks a customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors. We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, tech-savvy problem solver that demonstrates the ability to look around corners, understand business priorities and proactively anticipate needs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests is required. Successful candidates have the ability to complete complex tasks quickly and proactively with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives internal and external to Amazon is essential. The ability to operate independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and a customer service-oriented approach is key to success.
