We are seeking someone with initiative, discretion, judgment, tact, poise, professionalism, and integrity to join our team in support of CACI’s mission. **Responsibilities:** As the Executive Administrator to the Executive Vice President and CFO, you will act as a key team member interacting with diverse audiences, including internal management, bankers, investors, analysts, and the Board of Directors. Duties in this role are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s policies and operations. In this role, you will also: + Maintain information pipelines, including the daily processing of mail, phone calls, meetings, maintaining files and e-mail + Prepare/edit PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents + Organize workflow by reviewing correspondence and determining importance before distributing to executives + Initiate process improvements related to administrative responsibilities + Make complex travel arrangements and create travel itinerary portfolios, processes travel expense reports + Coordinate the timely communication of requests, issues, and action items to the appropriate team member(s) + Plan meetings and staff schedules + Coordinate department activities as needed + Extensive support of quarterly earnings calls and preparation + Plan regular discreet meetings and appointments **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Minimum of five (5) years of related experience supporting C-suite level executives + Ability to manage multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities + Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient keyboarding skills + Strong understanding of general management, as well as strategic and business analysis and problem solving + Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior executives + Good energy level, positive attitude, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment + Possess a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity + Hands-on approach, extremely detail-oriented and organized, strong prioritization and time-management skills + Processes information with dedication to accuracy, while making quick and effective decisions + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with co-workers, exceptional anticipation skills and ability to complete projects successfully with minimal supervision + Ability to work on site (Candidate must be in the DC metro region, in commuting proximity to our Reston HQ location.
