Job Description
A leading cancer research institution is seeking an Executive Administrator to support a leader within the Pharmacy organization. This Executive Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including Vice Presidents and above, with minimal supervision. This role involves complex calendar management, advanced communication support, and independent decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence. The Executive Assistant II also supports recruitment and onboarding processes, maintains organizational charts, oversees departmental purchasing and reimbursements, and may supervise junior administrative staff. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to improving departmental workflows and service quality.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years professional experience, at least 2 years experience in an Executive Administrative position
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to manage confidential interactions, prioritize tasks independently, and respond with urgency when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe; experienced in budgeting, office systems, and collaborating across diverse teams, with the ability to teach and mentor others. Bachelors degree
Prior Healthcare Executive experience null
