The Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GGPO) organization within GPS brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.
In this position as Executive Administrator, Partner Programs & Experiences, the role involves providing administrative support to the General Manager of the Partner Program and Experiences (PP&E) organization. Responsibilities include managing complex calendar requirements based on an understanding of business and General Manager needs, while maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive topics. The position requires building and leveraging networks across organizations to support the team and leadership. It includes participation in the Business Support community and involvement in organizing team activities such as All Together, Weekly Leadership meetings, and offsite events. The role provides oversight for key planning with attention to budget considerations and upholds professional standards. Expense management for the leader, as well as coordination of the annual rhythm of business (ROB) with the leadership team and business management, including fiscal-year calendars and executive meeting schedules. The position balances multiple projects with various deadlines, ensuring operational effectiveness within and across business groups as needed. Additional duties include maintaining and arranging travel for the General Manager or PP&E group.
